Olympiacos finished their 2015-2016 SuperLeague campaign with a 5-0 win at home against Kalloni. After the match, the traditional “fiesta” took place celebrating Olympiacos’ 43rd SuperLeague Championship.

Olympiacos sealed their victory in the first half when they took a 2-0 lead into the break. Fortounis opened the score and Fuster doubled the lead in the 35th minute. In the second half, Olympiacos registered 3 more goals by Kasami , Elabdellaoui, and Ideye. Olympiacos ends the season with 85 points dropping points in only two games (draw at Platanias, loss at AEK). They finished 30 points ahead of second placed Panathinaikos! Kalloni finished bottom of the table and will play next season in the Football League.

The 5-0 win was a nice way to warm-up the fans for the “fiesta” that followed the game. Together the players and fans celebrated Olympiacos’ 43rd SuperLeague title. Each player walked through a path made up of the previous 42 trophies when they were receiving their medal. As always the Olympiacos president, Vaggelis Marinaki, lifted the SuperLeague trophy first and then handed it to Olympiacos’ captain, David Fuster. The other captains, Roberto, Siovas, and Dominguez, followed and the players celebrated the end of a great season with their fans.
