The SuperLeague regular season standings where finalized today after EPO denied AEK's appeal. AEK appealed the three point deduction that was given by EPO for fan violence in their game between Atromitos. The appeals from both teams were denied and the 3 point deduction will stand for both teams. That means AEK will finish 3rd in the regular season, two points behind Panathinaikos, and will not enter the playoffs with a point advantage. The four teams will enter the playoffs with the following points:
The winner of the SuperLeague playoffs will qualify for next year's UEFA Champions League 3rd Qualifying Round (League Route) while the 2nd and 3rd placed teams will qualify for the UEFA Europa League 3rd Qualifying Round. Since the winner of the Greek Cup, AEK or Olympiacos, have both secured a place in next year's UEFA competitions the last placed team will enter the UEFA Europa League 2nd Qualifying Round. A reminder that the SuperLeague regular season champion, Olympiacos, has secured a place in the UEFA Champions League 3rd Qualifying Round (Champion’s Route).
