AEK and Aris came away with comfortable victories over Doxa Lefkadas and Apollon Patras in the the 11 round of the Greek Basket League. Kolossos Roou earned a dramatic victory over Lavrio os while Rethymno and Kymis defeated Koroivos an Prometheus, respectively. 

AEK comfortably defeated Doxa Lefkadas 84-60 at the OAKA Nick Galis Stadium for the 11th round of the Greek Basket League. Keeping in mind an important mid-week encounter, AEK took their foot off of the gas after establishing a big lead early in the game. Sakota and Williams led AEK with 16 points and 15 points as they remain in third place of the standings with 9 wins. Doxa Lefkadas continue to sit in the relegation zone after their ninth loss.

Aris remained in the top four of the Greek Basket League standings after their 64-79 victory over Apollon Patras. Aris dominated the first half and increased their lead to as many as 27-points early in the third quarter however, the hosts staged an amazing comeback to pull within seven points late in the game. Aris kept their composure to walk away with a double digit victory, moving up to 7-4 for the season while Apollon Patras dropped to 3-8. Dragisevic led Aris with 17-points.

Rethymno blew-out Koroivos 101-70, continuing their great form in this year’s Basket League. The Cretan side moved up to 6-5 for the season as Christodoulou led Rethymno with 20-points and Fitzpatriack followed with 18-points. Highlights can be found here...

Kymis recorded their fifth victory of the season after they defeated Prometheus 77-66 at home. A late push from Kymi in the fourth quarter proved to be decisive as they moved to 5-6 in the standings. Prometheus dropped to 4-7. Stavos Tountziarakis led the hosts with 17-points and 7-rebounds. Highlights can be found here...

A last second shot from Christo Saloustrou (after getting the offensive rebound) gave Kolossos Rodou a 65-67 victory over Lavrio, celebrating their first victory on the road this season. The Greek player got the offensive rebound and made no mistake from close range. Reddick was Kolossos’ leading scorer with 24-points. Highlights can be found here...
