Aleksandar Prijović breaking club records
PAOK’s Aleksandar Prijović has been scoring continuously this season but his most recent double against Panathinaikos has taken a large historical significance.

The Serbian striker has become the first player to score two goals in the history of the Northern Bridges in an away fixture against Panathinaikos.
Prijović, who scored a double last Sunday against the Greens, has now scored 25 goals in all competitions this season and has surpassed former PAOK striker Stefanos Athanasiadis’ record of 23 goals in one season set back in the 2012/13 (from 42 games across all competitions). Prijović has also surpassed former PAOK player Nalitzis, who scored 24 goals in the 1999/2000 season.
In the battle to be the Greek SuperLeague’s top scorer, Prijović is currently tied for first with Olympiacos striker, Karim Ansarifard, who are both on 17 league goals this season.
