Antetokounmpo Named to NBA All-Second Team
Another great honor for Giannis Antetokounmpo! The Milwaukee star was named to the All-NBA Second team from the 2016/2017 season.
After a record breaking season with the Milwaukee Bucks, Giannis Antetokounmpo was selected to the All-NBA Second team for the first time in his career. The distinction is a great honor for the Greek Freak, who has clearly developed into one of the league’s best players. He earned 258 votes in the voting process.
Along with Antetokounmpo in the All-NBA Second team were Rudy Gobert (Utah), Stephen Curry (Golden State), Kevin Durant (Golden State), Isiah Thomas (Boston).
Antetokounmpo is also in the running to win “The Most Improved Player” award for the season after the NBA announced the nominees for all the league’s awards.
