AEK and Anorthosis continued with wins to hold onto 1st and 2nd place, respectively. Apollon climbed to 3rd with a late winner over Omonoia, while AEL and APOEL remained goalless in a game that saw off the pitch chaos.
Anorthosis came from behind to record an important 2:1 home win over Alki. After a goalless first half where Anorthosis was the better side, Alki shocked the hosts when Tigroudjia found the back of the net eight minutes into the second half. Cisse answered for Anorthosis in the 73rd minute and a rocket from Abdullayev in second half stoppage time gave the Famagusta side a dramatic, late win. Anorthosis continue to sit in 2nd place just two points behind leaders, AEK, while Alki are 9th with a four point cushion above relegation zone.

Pafos and Ethnikos played to a goalless draw at the Pafiako stadium. Pafos were overall the better side and wasted many chances to grab the three points while Ethnikos put on a stubborn defensive performance and thanks to a great night from goalkeeper Bogatinov, managed to escape with a point. Pafos retreated to 7th place while Ethnikos continue to sit at the bottom of the table.

Doxa grabbed an important 1:2 away win over Ermis to move up to 6th in the standings. Ermis opened the scoring with Radu in the 10th minute and were the overall better side in the first 45 minutes of play. Doxa improved after the break and pulled level with Sadik in the 74th minute before Asamoah’s 86th minute goal completed the comeback for the visitors. Doxa’s win moved them into the playoff zone, leaving Pafos and Omonoia behind, as Ermis currently claim 10th place.

Salamina hosted Aris in an important fixture in the fight to avoid relegation. It was late drama in Salamina as Mintikkis netted in the first minute of second half stoppage time to put the hosts ahead 1:0 before Correia secured the three points for Salamina just minutes later giving his side the 2:0 victory. The result moves Nea Salamina into 12th place with 11 points leaving behind Aris who sit in 13th with nine points. .

AEK continue to lead the table after picking up a 1:2 comeback victory over Olympiakos Nicosia on the road. Surprisingly, Olympiakos scored against the run of play with Miguelito netting in the opener on 28 minutes. Florian Tolemes, who has been in great form for AEK, answered two minutes later with his 15th goal in fifteen games. Shortly after the restart, Trickovski found the back of the net in the 51st minute to put the Larnaka side ahead as the 1:2 scoreline held at the final whistle. AEK Larnaka lead the table, two points ahead of Anorthosis, while Olympiacos remain just above the relegation zone.
