It was a real “Fiesta” at the Karaiskakis stadium as Olympiacos celebrated this year’s Greek SuperLeague title, their 44th in club history. The party started with a live concert before a parade of the academy members and players from the club’s other sports teams entered the pitch.

Ariel Ibagaza and Georgios Darivas were then honored for their contributions to the Erythrolefki. A video was played with Olympiacos’ former coaches Ernesto Valverde, Victor Pereira, Leonardo Jardim, and Marco Silva giving their congratulations to Olympiacos for this year’s title. Marco Silva and Leonardo Jardim even spoke in Greek in the video.

The finale was the presentation of this year’s Greek Superleague trophy. Vaggelis Marinakis entered the pitch first followed by Savvas Theodoridis, the club’s administration, coach Takis Lemonis and his staff, and finally the players entered one by one to receive their medals.

The trophy was then handed from the SuperLeague president, Giorgos Stratou, to Olympiacos owner Vaggelis Marinakis and he - not the captain Chori Dominguez - lifted the SuperLeague trophy and night turned into day at the Karaiskakis stadium. The trophy made its way to every player before the players ran a victory lap to celebrate this year’s title with the fans. The traditional “Ole” between the players and fans followed.

*A reminder that tomorrow the FINAL decision will be made on both Olympiacos' and PAOK's appeals in regards to Olympiacos' punishment for the incidents with AEK in the Greek Cup semifinals. Although very unlikely, a 6-point deduction could be handed to Olympiacos which would give PAOK this year's Superleague title.
