Siovas Scores First Goal in Spain
Dimitris Siovas scored his first goal in Spain for Leganes, however it was not enough for his side as they fell 2-1 away to Osasuna.
Dimitris Siovas opened the scoring in Leganes’ La Liga fixture away to Osasuna on Sunday. The Greek defender, who is on loan at Leganes from Olympiacos, scored his first goal for the club tapping in Tito’s flick-on header from close range. The goal, however was not enough for Leganes as two goals from Leon gave Osasuna the 2-1 comeback victory.
Siovas has had a good season with Leganes (since December) and was recently voted the club’s player of the month. Leganes are currently fighting to avoid the drop, sitting five points clear of the relegation zone with 7 games remaining.
