The third quarter was played at a slower pace while Panathinaikos continued to dominate the hosts, reaching their biggest lead of the game at 21-points (33-54).
However, the large margin between the two teams did not discourage PAOK as they slowly trimmed Panathinaikos lead to five points (60-65) with just over a minute remaining in the game. Singleton’s free throws gave Panathinaikos a 60-67 advantage before Sibert and McFadden brought PAOK within 3-points (64-67)!
