Bucks make statement in game 1
The Milwaukee Bucks made a statement in game one of the NBA playoffs by taking down the Detroit Pistons 121:86.
Giannis Antetokounmpo’s Milwaukee Bucks did not encounter a problem in game one of the NBA playoffs, taking down the Detroit Pistons 121:86. It didn’t take long for the Bucks to grab a double-digit lead and by the end of the first quarter were 20-points ahead at 38:18. The Bucks did not let up as they continued to increase their lead in the second quarter and went into the halftime break well in control at 70:43.
It was more of the same in the second half and it never looked as if the Pistons would pull together a comeback as Giannis entertained the home crowd to lead the Bucks to a routine 121:86 victory.
The ‘Greek Freak’ ended the game with a double-double, 24 points, 17 rebounds, and 4 assists. The Bucks will host the Pistons on Wednesday night for game two of the best of seven series.
