Euroleague Final-4 Schedule Announced

The Euroleague announced the schedule for this year’s Final-4 in Konstantinoupoli on May 19-21.

On Tuesday, Olympiacos defeated Anadolu Efes 87-78 in game 5 of the Euroleague playoffs to advance to this year’s Final-4. Olympiacos, the last team to qualify for the Final-4, will fight with Fenerbahce, Real Madrid, and CSKA Moscow for this year’s Euroleague title.

This year’s Final-4 is identical to the Final-4 two years ago in Madrid when Olympiacos was paired with CSKA Moscow and Real Madrid was paired with Fenerbahce. That season, Olympiacos defeated CSKA Moscow 70-68 while Real Madrid defeated Fenerbahce 96-87. In the final, Real Madrid prevailed over Olympiacos 78-59 to win the crown in front of their home fans.

This year’s Final-4 in Konstantinoupoli,  will take place on May 19-21. On May 19th, Olympiacos will face CSKA Moscow at 6:30 PM local Greek time (11:30 AM EST) while Real Madrid and Fenerbahce will tip-off at 9:30 PM local Greek time (2:30 PM). The two winners will play in Sunday’s final in this year’s Euroleague Championship game.
