Kostas Stafylidis found the back of the net for the second consecutive match for Augsburg with another powerful left-footed strike. Dimitris Diamantakos scored his third goal of the season for Karlsruher.
Despite being a defender, Kostas Stafylidis is Augsburg’s top goal scorer after finding his second goal in consecutive matches for the German side in the Bundesliga. His powerful, well-placed strike from 25 meters beat Losst to bring Augsburg level 1-1 against Mainz in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, two goals in 6 minutes gave Mainz the 1-3 away victory over Stafylidis’ club.
