Despite a 1-3 win in Elefsina over Panelefsiniakos, Kallithea were mathematically relegated to the Gamma Ethniki. With two games remaining, Kallithea trail Acharnaikos, Kissamikos, and Anagennisi Karditsas by six points but in every tiebreaker scenario, Kallithea are at a disadvantage and thus have no hopes of keeping their place in the Football League for next season. Panelefsiniakos will join Kallithea in the third division along with Kalloni and Panthrakikos. Kallithea’s only hopes of staying in the Football League next season are off the matters. Two scenarios could end up benefitting the team from Athens: a possible change in the league’s format where more teams are added, or if a team that has been saved goes down due to financial instability.
Aris handed Apollon Smyrnis their first defeat of the season with a 72nd minute goal from Kapnidis. The 1-0 win has no impact on the standings for either side as Apollon Smyrnis have already secured promotion to the Superleague. Aris on the other hand, will have to wait another season to join the Greek top flight.
Anagennisi Karditsas and Acharnaikos played to a 1-1 draw that benefited both sides as they both mathematically secured safety in the Football League for next season. Kissamikos also celebrated safety with their 2-0 win over Agrotikos Asteras.
In other action, it s wa goals galore. Trikala defeated Chania 6-1 while OFI thumped Sparti with the same scoreline. Aiginiakos took  a thrilling match in Serres over Panserraikos which ended 4-5.
Kalloni, who recently removed themselves from the league, did not show up against Panegialios while Lamia, who have already secured promotion, were awarded the three points over Panthrakikos.
