On Sunday morning, Olympiacos released this following post on social media:

“Bruno Gaspar welcome to Olympiacos FC!”

Gaspar, 26, joins Olympiacos from Sporting Lisbon after the two clubs reached an agreement. The Angolan international signed his contract following medical examinations in Piraeus.

In the 2018/2019 season, Gaspar made 30 appearances across all competitions for Sporting, contributing with one goal. He represented Portugal as a youth international, but the right-back made his debut for the senior Angolan team this year. Transfermarkt rates his value at 3.5 million euros.

Gaspar signed for Sporting from Fiorentina in July 2018. He progressed through the ranks at the Benfica academy before subsequently joining Vitoria Guimaraes five years ago.

He will provide competition for Omar Elabdellaoui on the right side of defence.

Olympiacos have also signed 18-year-old Serbian midfielder Kristijan Belic from West Ham United.

Belic wrote this message on Instagram:

In 2016, the defensive midfielder left FK Beograd for West Ham, where he ended up spending three years in the youth system. Belic is highly-rated and has been signed with a view to the future.

Athanasios Androutsos, who wasn’t in the plans of Pedro Martins for the 2019/2020 season, has been loaned to Atromitos:

The 22-year-old midfielder will hope to earn a return to Piraeus with strong showings in Peristeri. Androutsos will wear the number 14 on the back of his Atromitos shirt.

Greek international striker Fjorin Durmishaj has also been sent out on loan, with the former Panionios forward joining Waasland-Beveren of the Jupiler League:

“Fiorin Durmishaj is the new striker of Waasland-Beveren. The Greek (22) has joined on loan from Olympiacos until the end of the season. He will wear the number 9 on his shirt.”

Durmishaj was signed from Panionios this summer, but he couldn’t make an impression with the Erythrolefki. The 22-year-old competed in his first game for the senior Greek national team this year after turning down the opportunity to represent Albania.

Felipe Bruno, another Olympiacos summer signing, is expected to finalise his loan move to FC Nurnberg after sitting on the sidelines in the opening games of the season.

According to reports, Nurnberg will soon announce the loan signing of Bruno for the 2019/2020 campaign. Last season, the Brazilian attacker was excellent with Atromitos, and he will once again link up with coach Damir Canadi at the German club. Nurnberg compete in the Bundesliga 2.

23-year-old Giannis Masouras will return to Panionios for the new Super League season.

Masouras played on loan at Panionios during the second half of the 2018/2019 campaign, competing in seven matches and scoring the one goal. In the pre-season, Masouras tried to force his way into the Olympiacos first team, but he is out of favour and will be loaned to Panionios again.
