Olympiacos defeated Vouliagmeni 6-4 in Karpenisi to win the Greek Cup in men’s water polo for the 20th time in club history.

Vouliagmeni got off to a decent start, going up 3-2 after the first period of play. The score would remain that way until halftime. The Erythrolefki would equalize in the third period, leveling the match at 3-3. Then, a strong fourth period from Olympiacos would see them take the match 6-4 to win their second consecutive Greek Cup, as well as their 20th overall.
Konstantinos Genidounias and Alexandros Gounas were the top scorers for Olympiacos, each with two goals. Gounas, who also scored four goals in the semifinal and was the top scorer in the competition, was named Final-4 MVP.
