After a goalless first half at the Perivolia Municipal Stadium, Conde bagged a second-half brace with goals in the 47th and 51st minutes, with Theodoris Berios adding a third goal four minutes from full-time.
The 29-year-old Conde, who was recently profiled in AGONSsport spotlight series, has now taken his tally for the season to 13 goals in 18 matches.
The win helped PAS surge up to seventh in the standings, with Giannis Petrakis’ team now on 28 points from 22 matches.

Up in Livadeia, Panaitolikos defeated 10-man Levadiakos thanks to a pair of penalties from Vlad Morar.
The 24-year-old Romanian striker netted in the 37th an 59th minutes to take his tally for Traianos Dellas’ team to seven goals in 17 matches this season.
Marko Markovski was on target for the home side in between after 39 minutes, but the home side’s hopes of salvaging something from the game were made extremely difficult with the 55th-minute sending off of Devis Epassy.
The win helps Panaitolikos leapfrog Levadiakos into ninth spot with 26 points, while Levadiakos slip to 10th.
